Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email holdfastsupplements@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Unopened products
Unopened products with the safety seal intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Opened products
For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened dietary supplements.

Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
