Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree to receive a new order of Holdfast automatically every month at the subscription price shown at checkout (currently 15% off the one-time price). Your payment method on file is charged when each renewal order is created, and free US shipping applies to every order.

Your price
Your subscription price is locked in when you subscribe. If we ever change your subscription price, we'll email you at least 7 days before your next renewal so you can skip or cancel first.

Renewal reminders
We'll email you before each renewal so you always know when your next order is coming.

How to skip or cancel
You can skip a delivery or cancel your subscription anytime, with no fees and no minimum number of orders. Log in to your account and go to Subscriptions, or email support@holdfastsupplements.com. To stop your next order, cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancellation stops future orders; it does not refund orders that have already been charged.

Refunds
Your first order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Renewal orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are covered by our refund policy. See our refund policy for full details.
